I have 1 room available in my 3 bedroom house.
The house has a kitchen with all the basic amenities - washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, fridge etc.
Living room - spacious with comfy sofas and 47inch HD lcd with dvd player, Virgin TV and a projector for film buffs!!
Bathroom (shared) - Standard bath with shower, sink, mirror, toilet
Room - spacious double room, 1 wardrobe, 2 set of draws, a sofa bed and also a computer desk. You will also have your own large cupboard in the house that can be used for any materials that can't fit in the room.
The bus stop is right outside and goes past South Ockendon train station and Upminster station all the way to Romford which is probably about 25 minutes away. Or if you go the other way takes you to Lakeside within 5 - 10 minutes.
I am 26 and work in London for a Law firm. I'm into films, gym and playing hockey. i would say i'm pretty laid back and respect peoples privacy.
