Double Room close to lakeside (single occupancy)

Hi, my name is Peter, I am the live in owner of the property.

The house is currently being refurbished, with a new kitchen and new bathroom installed. this is reflected in the price.

I am looking for someone who is relatively quiet and down to earth. I work from home 2-3 days a week, and usually out of the house all day between 7am-6pm when i am at work and travel into London. Train buddies always welcome. I do not currently have a car, so there is a space for a car on the drive.

The room itself has been painted plain white, so is ready to be decorated however the person sees fit. Unfortunately i do not have any furniture, so would suit someone who can bring their own and make use of the room itself.

Bills included (just need to buy own shopping and shared amenities)
