Looking for flat mate

I have a spare small sized double bedroom to let in my cosy flat.

I may even be open to taking the smaller room myself in exchange for slightly increased rent.

It's just myself in the property so happy for a flat share. It's a decent a size place in a nice quiet block with plenty of safe parking. All rooms except the bedroom are furnished and you can use anything.

I am very clean and tidy so would expect the same, other than that I'm very easy going.

The flat is ideally located, just a 2 min walk from the seafront,10 min walk from town and Southend East and Southend Central train stations.
