The apartment is very large and bright with 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s set over two levels so has lots of communal space and feels very spacious.

The room available is a double room (bedroom 3 on the floor plan), with double divan bed, wardrobe and drawers. The room has recently been fully decorated.

The communal area has a large TV with Sky Entertainment package and super-fast broadband, Fridge freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher and a large Dining Table with Chairs. There is a communal desk to enable working from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, plates, cutlery, cooking equipment etc.

A cleaner visits the property fortnightly and cleans all the communal areas.

All bills are included, accept films and additional sky services i. e. movie channel and multi room.
