Fully refurbished double room with lovely views

I currently live in a 3 bedroom detached house which has been fully refurbished throughout. This is a large property which has a 120ft garden which is great for BBQ's. The property offers a large fully furnished or un furnished bedroom. You will have full use of the house most times as I can often be away with my work. There is room for 3 vehicles on the drive and you will have full use of the kitchen and all of the appliances such as electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. I also have my two children every other weekend and once during the week overnight when i am at home. They are 10 & 12 and are exceptionally well behaved. Most of the times when I do have them we are often out with their weekend sports activities. I am ideally looking for the more mature professional individual who will have respect for my house.
