Room mate required for this top level apartment in Royal Terrace with views over the Thames Estuary and cliff tops. The property benefits from high ceilings, a large living room area, modern fitted kitchen and walk-in shower room with bath.
I currently share the apartment with a friend who will be moving out on 18th August. A replacement is required to fill the spare room ASAP. Please only apply if you are a conscientious roommate who likes to keep their living environment tidy and clean. I am also looking for someone that will be considerate towards my pet hedgehog that currently shares the living room space.
The flat has a beautiful view over the estuary and is around the corner from Southend town centre, amenities and 5 mins from mainline railway/bus stations. Particularly attractive for commuters on the London Liverpool Street or Fenchurch Street line.
