~ YOUR MASTER BEDROOM and kitchen lounge area are situated on a separate area of this modern, yet clean and simple, spacious lodge. Next to a seperate loo and shower room featuring a cosy walk in shower and sink.

~ Outside is a private garden right next to a peaceful relaxing river-stream, don't be suprised if you see a duck or two waddling. by heading to the river, and occasionally foxes, wild rabbits, and little songbirds too!

~THIS IS A VERY SAFE PARK, WITH NIGHT WARDENS AND 24HOUR SECURITY.

~ Once night fall's, the garden sparkles into life, lit up by many pretty solar lights twinkling in the night air.

~ Pull up a garden chair and take a peek at the night sky, with the gentle sound of the sea filling the nighttime air, dont be surprised if you regularly see a gorgeous SHOOTING STAR or two. There has even been talk of being able to see a quick glimmer of the NORTHERN LIGHTS blitzing through the midnight sky, but you'll have to be extra lucky to catch a peek!

~ After work, kick off your shoes and walk barefoot up to the beach - thats how near it is, a hop, skip and a little jump away!

~ During the summertime, lounge under the cover of my mini GAZEBO and relax with a book, eBook or your fave online blog to catch up on the latest goss, while enjoying the crisp, clean, sea-air....

~ Located in St. Osyth, you'll have access to FOUR SEPERATE indoor/outdoor heated POOL'S (with Adult ONLY swim times, which are very enjoyable), on-site Entertainment Pub/Club House with an entertainment SHOW EVERY WEEKEND during the spring until winter!

~ Cross over on the Sparkling Bridge that joins the TWO Parks together and enjoy the breeze, it's very relaxing up there, epespecially at night where you can see BOTH park's LIT UP like cities made of sparkling stars, flashing in the night's sky...

~ I'm a pretty laid back home-owner, I'm looking for a housemate to share this charming space with me.
