The room is in a seafront apartment which has recently been renovated (improvements include a large balcony and electronic gates for the parking area) and sits opposite both Ocean Beach and an excellent restaurant. The dimensions of the available room are 15' x 9'. It is currently furnished but any furniture can be removed if preferred. There are an inordinate amount of shelves, a large computer desk and a file cabinet so the room would be ideal for a mature student. The living room dimensions are 14' x 15' but the space seems far larger with the balcony which holds far too many herbs and plants right now but I am going to clear the space so two people can sit out. The TV is big enough and shows all the expected including sky movies - no sports but you can add that if you wish. The kitchen is 10' x 8' is contemporary and has a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is 8' x 6' largely tiled and has a combined bath/shower (which is powerful) Overall, it's a big flat with a nice feel to it and the photos do it no justice ( I regretted not knowing an estate agent - it passed)
As to me, I'm easy going (shared flats most of my life) like to cook, am reasonably active and lead a busy enough life for you to feel the flat is as much yours as mine. I am also learning CAD so will be in my room more than usual this winter.
