My name is Kat and I am looking for a housemate. At the moment its just me in a 2 bed house so if you are into some privacy and your own space then this might be the opportunity for you. This would be also great for someone who commutes to the City or Canary Wharf as you can get to Limehouse/Fenchurch street within 30/40 minutes on the train from Tilbury Town. (Station is 10 mins walk from the house) There are also buses just outside of the house to Grays, Lakeside and Chafford Hundred. There is Tesco, Co-OP, Post Office, restaurants etc. within 5 minutes walk. Its a quite and safe area. The room comes with a double bed an a brand new IKEA wardrobe. It is freshly painted and the laminate flooring is brand new as well. All bills are included in the price (high speed internet as well)I will require £300 deposit which is payable on your move day. I am a professional working in the City as an Office Manager. I love socializing and having a chat from time to time over a bottle of wine and consider myself quite easygoing. I am not too strict on cleaning but would expect you to do some from time to time :)I don't mind if you are a smoker as long as you limit it to outside of the house. I have a cat who spends almost all of his time outside. The room is for single occupancy only. It is of course ok to have some guests from time to time as long as you let me know in advance.
