I live at the property 7 days a week and my daughter who is 6 lives there with me every sun and mon night plus every other sat.

Broadband is inc and have virgin media with most channels.
Looking for someone easy going, tidy, who doesn't mind kids & preferably a professional.
Debden tube station is a 10 min drive and Waltham cross overground is a short drive. The M25 is 5min drive.
The house is on a quiet cul-de-sac and has a garden with BBQ etc.
Room is currently unfurnished but will arrange double bed and wardrobe prior to moving in.
