I live in the property and have a spare bedroom to rent. The house is a 4 bed and I live here permanently and my daughter who is 8 lives with me 2 to 3 days a week (Sat/Sun-Tues am)
The House has an on suite so the main bathroom which is next to thee room for rent is hardly used and has a large bath and shower.
House has large living room, kitchen, dishwasher etc.
Looking for someone easy going, clean, non-smoker. Sorry - females only, given my daughter stays here no looking for male lodgers.
