Large Double Room

We have a large bright double room to rent in our home in Waltham Abbey. It has a double bed, small built in wardrobe, bedside tables and two chest of drawers.

You will have the use of super fast fibre
optic wireless internet, kitchen, washing machine, fridge, freezer, bathroom and living room and the covered 'garden' area.

Parking available so not a problem. You might not be able to park directly in front of the property though.

Small shops and two large supermarkets within walking distance. There is a sports centre within walking distance as well (swimming pool and gym etc) Not too far from Epping Forest where you can go walking or cycling. Close by are the: Lea Valley White Water Centre, The Royal Gun Powder Mills, High Beech (there is a horseriding school if you're interested) and so much more to enjoy.

There are a range of lovely restaurants & pubs within walking distance too.

If you're easy going, CLEAN and like a laugh and want to live in a 'home' environment, then come meet us and have a look at the room.

We're looking for someone who would like to stay for a minimum of 6 months. Single occupancy only.

Easy access to M25/M11/A10 and Waltham Cross station.

There is definitely no smoking allowed in the house or in the bedroom but can be done outside under the covered garden area.
