Non-smoking professional wanted for furnished double bedroom with garden view in quiet, friendly 2-bed terrace house to share with female owner, two dogs and two cats, so must like animals!
Bills (council tax, electric, gas, water, broadband, once-weekly cleaner) included in rent except phone. Share all facilities incl. dishwasher, washing machine, garden, Sky TV in sitting room and wireless broadband. The bedroom has a connection to outside aerial, but no separate Skybox.
I would like someone sociable, but who also likes their own space occasionally. Close to M25 and A10. Five minutes walk from town centre with pubs and shops. Also buses to Waltham Cross rail station. Epping Forest a short drive away, Lea Valley open countryside and White Water Centre are five minutes walk. The room is available from 1 March 2013.
