I have a lovely furnished double bedroom to rent in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment.

This is a new build, with a shared bathroom (shower over bath) and kitchen/lounge.

The double bedroom comes with a fitted mirrored double wardrobe, double bed and bedside table.

This room has been recently decorated.

I am looking for a female to rent this room - I am a 27 year old female and currently live alone.

I do have a small dog, who wont be of any bother to the tenant, she is never here in the day as she goes to family to be cared for whilst I am at work.

I am about 2-3minutes drive from Lakeside shopping centre - which has access to Chafford Hundred train station - this has a direct train to London Fenchurch Street and takes around 25-30 minutes. Perfect for commuters as parking is free!
