Room 3 a very large room on the 1st floor. The room has a double bed, but is let for single occupancy only at £450 per calendar month. Can come with off street parking for an additional £35 per month.

Room 4 is on the 1st floor. The room has a double bed, but is let for single occupancy only at £450 per calendar month. Can come with off street parking for an additional £35 per month.

Room 6 is on the 1st floor with it's own balcony. The room has a single bed, and is let for single occupancy only at £380 per calendar month. Can come with off street parking for an additional £35 per month.

Shared facilities:
There is a large combined kitchen / living room with 6 ring range cooker, two fridge/freezers, Microwave Oven, TV and Infinity Broadband via wireless. It also contains a large table where everybody can eat together.
The facilities includes two toilets, two shower rooms and room with a separate sink, so not normally an issue with having to wait to use any facility.
There is also washing/drying facilities for cloths.
Garden and decking.

The property has off-street parking for 2 car and there has also been scooters/motorbikes on path and driveway. If you want a dedicated parking space then it is charged at £35 per month subject to availability. Otherwise it is first come first server.
