We are a welcoming, easy going family. Fun and relaxed. A testimony to this this, is our current lodger has been with us over 6 years and is leaving to get married. If you want to join us for a chat, dinner or a glass of wine, you are always welcome to do so. It's your home, not just a room.

The room is south facing, so bright, pleasant and warm, with 180 degree views. The room is big enough for a table and chairs and a sofa.

There is a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs, two washing machines and parking on the front drive, unfortunately parking permits are now required in this road.

There is also use of a front lounge when required, kitchen, utility room and a cracking garden when the weather is nice enough to enjoy it.

We are a 10 minute walk from the town centre, 3 train stations (Fenchurch Street & Liverpool Street lines)

A 5 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. 2 minutes from the Cliffs Pavilion and Cliff Gardens.

A 5 minute walk from the nearest beach which is about half way along the front between the pier and Chalkwell Station.

This is a busy and vibrant family home. There is always something going on, music, cooking, friends over and laughter. We have with 3 kids from 15 to mid 20's, two Westies and two cats. Living with us is relaxed BUT comes with the compromises a family home brings. We will make you feel welcome and comfortable but it is NOT a party house or a shag pad.

Single Tenant: £650pm Plus one months deposit.
