We have a lovely large double room to rent in a spacious and bright, three bedroom flat in Westcliff. It is a first floor end of terrace flat with a garden!

It is a 10 minute walk to Westcliff station. It is a 25 minute walk to Southend Victoria station. A 10 minute drive to Prittlewell station and a 5 minute walk to Southend Hospital.

There is a corner shop 1 minute away that stocks all the essentials!

Parking is always really good and we can always find a spot on the street if not right outside. There is also an ideal spot for bike storage in the flat!

We are two working professionals, one of us lives here full time whilst the other only lives here Monday to Thursday. Whilst we are relaxed and happy we always keep the place clean and tidy!

We have all kitchen appliances and utensils needed and share these happily.

The flat is fully furnished with a super comfortable bed.

The walk in shower is another big bonus in the lovely bathroom!

One of us has lived here for one year, the other 2.... Once you move here you don't want to leave! The third flat mate has had to as has a new job in Cumbria!
