The Room

I have a room which will become available from the 23nd of this month, November.

It is a (11'1" x 8'6~3. 38m x 2. 6m) room with an opening window (double glazed), overlooking the garden, which includes a double bed, three door wardrobe, electric storage heater, and integral visual entry phone/front door opener, with various additional services also available at no extra charge.

This includes the heating (storage heaters), plus all electricity, water, sewerage, rates, broadband service with virgin T. V box, and emergency telephone service.

Also included is an integral visual entry phone/front door opener, incorporating state-of-the-art government grade key fob entry system for the front door, and all rooms.

Has all appropriate electrical and fire safety certificates, and is currently undergoing a fire protection update by providing fire extinguishers and fixing fire and smoke inhibiting strips to the doors.

The rent is £475 ( negotiable ) payable by standing order each month, all inclusive.
