Hi looking for working person to occupy self-contained double room with ensuite (shower and toilet) and small cooking area long or short term. Smoking outside in garden OK. Really big room but not for a couple - sorry. Room is partly furnished - double bed and wardrobe. Sofa in pic is going.. though you welcome to bring your own. I've put 6 months in add but could be extended. There could be possibly space for off-street parking if you have a van.
House is quiet during week bit noisier at weekends. Available from Tuesday 25th November so ready to go. Room size about 15 feet by 15 feet.
