I have a spacious double room to let in my 3 bedroom house in Wickford. The room is fully furnished and carpeted with a built in wardrobe.
The new housemate will share the lounge/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. We have nice size garden which provides plenty of space for BBQs and Bonfires.
Broadband (Wi-Fi), Sky TV, washing machine, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker. All Bills included.
15min walk to Wickford town and station.
40min on train to Liverpool street.
10 min walk to pub.
We are quite sociable people and have friends and family over quite often. New housemate is welcomed to the same privileges.
