hi, my bungalow is in a very quiet area of Wickford and very safe and plenty of parking I’m looking for someone to share my home who is clean, tidy, non smoker inside and respectful.
Undercover smoking area if needed
Large utility room with washing machine and separate toilet leading to garden
You would have a large bedroom with 2 double wardrobes own large lounge and downstairs of the bungalow fully furnished with own shower if wanted and toilet etc. Own fridge freezer separate fridge and microwave if wanted
There are 2 toilets one toilet is next to your door
Also have full use of the kitchen as well, including dishwasher, toaster combination microwave and all plates etc
broadband access, sky + TV if required as extra


shops are a 2 min walk and it is a 10 min walk from Wickford station and town centre.
Very close to a fish and chip shop. Tesco express and kebab pizza .


there is off road parking and security cameras and a quite secluded south facing garden
you have the use of garden furniture including the BBQ
You will have use of all facilities. ie washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board etc

You would be sharing with only 1 other person who is the live in landlord
