Room available in Witham - close to station!

We are currently redecorating this room (and accompanying bathroom) with the intention of renting it out on a short term basis only.

The flat is within a 2 minute walk of Witham train station.

The local Morrisons store is very close by (visible from the bedroom window) and the walk to the town centre shouldn't take much more than 15 minutes.

You will have access to the kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave).

You would have almost exclusive use of the main bathroom as the flat has an en suite bathroom that is more than sufficient for our use.

Couples are welcome but the weekly cost would be increased (this would be negotiable depending on circumstances).

I don't require references but I would need to see two forms of ID (at least one must be photographic).

I don't have a TV license and have no intention of paying for one. You can however still make use of the on demand services but can't watch live TV.

I work shifts and tend to do long days and sleep at work 1-2 nights a week and my girlfriend works office hours. I have a 7 year old son who doesn't live with me, but that I see regularly.
