Room for rent in house on the beach August onwards

We have a room available for rent from August/September this year in our four bedroom house in Anstruther. Our house is in a residential area only 50 m from the beach. Anstruther is located 20 minutes outside St Andrews by car, and is within cycleable distance.

The house and the spare room are fully furnished; the room has a double bed, linens, duvet, desk and clothing space. There's a kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, huge fridge and freezer and a pantry. We have a big living room, a study/office, plenty of storage space, a walled in garden, courtyard and parking space. There's two bathrooms (shower, bath tub, toilet, sink), one upstairs and one downstairs.

The house is close to town centre and public transport to St. Andrews. The area is quiet and safe. We are looking for a person who is tidy and not allergic to dogs, as we have a three year old chill Norwegian Elkhound named Gunnar. Rent for the room per month is 350£, including all bills.

Currently two people live in the house, John and Aasta, we are both freelancers in the creative field. We're relaxed and sociable, we do split our time between Edinburgh and Anstruther so you would often have the house to yourself. We are also looking to get another flatmate this autumn. Feel free to dork out or get drunk with us, however we do not insist on enforced socialising so be as introvert as you like.
