Bright room in friendly house on the beach

LGBTQIA friendly household! We have one bedroom available for rent in our house in Anstruther from this February (we can also be flexible - just get in touch to enquire).

We are looking for a flatmate! Our house is in Anstruther, 50m from the beach and 50m from a bus stop with buses going to St Andrews and Edinburgh. St Andrews is 36 minutes away by bus, 26 minutes away by car.

The house is a well maintained sandstone house with double glazed windows and central heating. There is on street parking, courtyard and a walled in, beautiful garden. Shared spaces are a big kitchen with a pantry and a living room facing the sea.

We are renting out a bright and spacious small bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. All bills included means gas and electrics, council tax, broadband, TV license and Netflix.

The owners Aasta and John run a creative agency and work from home. We also live with a wonderful PhD student currently working at the University of St Andrews.

We are looking for someone who's tidy and clean and who is willing to share the household chores such as tidying and cleaning the communal spaces.

There's space for guests, we don't have any strict rules and we try to be as flexible as possible as we want people living here to feel like this is home.

A dog named Gunnar has been living with us for the past five years so please be aware he will be around. He's very cuddly and loves everyone.

We are furthermore flexible in terms of how long you want to live with us, so please inquire if you are interested!

370£ per month including all bills. 100£ deposit required and a one month notice for termination of lease.
