Double Room - en suite walk in wardrobe

I have a Double Upstairs room avalable
in a 3 bedroom deteatched house in Comrie 40" TV on wall DVD player Broadband (Wireless and Plug in) Phone(as long as not silly with it ) and Sky. This room has just been decorated to a high standard also has a shelved walk in wardrobe with sockets in the room .
Also a loft space with easy acces for extra storage
I live here with my partner m/f and have two springer spaniels as well
EnSuite has WC Sink and Electric shower
Main large bathroon is next door to bedroom with shower cubicle Jaquzie bath sink WC
Large living room Large Tv surround sound dvd etc , kitchen and conservetory with tv dvd etc as well.
Woods behind house with walks along old railway which is now tared so a nice walk so can walk to alloa or dunfermline
I work shifts so house is empty a lot of the time
All bills included (work with a fund for tea coffee milk washing powder cleaning products toiletries and such like)
There are 2 washing machines and two dryers which have free use off as well
Must be ok with the dogs
....Will accept smokers but must be outside ....
