Furnished bedroom available in 2 bedroom cottage in Dunino. 4 miles from St. Andrews the cottage has woods on 3 sides. A brand new low energy boiler and the whole house has been recently painted. A large garden surrounds the house and runs into the woods. House furnished with cooker/oven, fridge and new washing machine. The room on offer is furnished with double bed, draws & wardrobe. It is an old cottage and many of the features are aged but everything works perfectly. The cottage has lots of character and the surroundings are divine.
Cottage comprises of 2 double bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom (shower over bath), living room and dining area plus a lovely open fire in living room. Looking for long or short-term rental.

You'd be living with an laid-back Australian, who likes a clean house, chilled nights in, listening to music instead of watching TV and cooking lots of delicious food. I am looking to share with a laid-back, independent person who doesn't mind chilling out in the woods and sharing good food.
Would suit someone with own transport as the X60 bus only runs Monday to Saturday from 6am to 6pm. If this is you - drop me a line.
