Double room in large modern detached house

I'm looking to rent out a room in my house. I have four bedroom but use one as an upstair living area - the lucky housemate will have this to themselves if desired. It has the full Sky Tv package and multiple games consoles. You'd also have a bathroom to yourself.

As for the rest of the house, there is a large kitchen, dining room and livingroom that has French doors leading out to a big south facing back garden. I try my best to keep the grass cut but feel free to help out! There is also a garage and a driveway.

Some information about me - I'm a professional guy who works 12 hour shifts, 12 days out of 21 meaning the housemate will have the house on their own a lot of the time. For this reason, all I'm looking for is someone to respect the house and generally keep it reasonably tidy. I've recently had it painted top to bottom and like to keep it to a decent standard. The area I live is a pretty quiet cul-de-sac with excellent neighbours, plus I'm only two minutes from the M90 motorway.
