Double room in KINGHORN (Burntisland). Short term, from now for few weeks or few months while we are very often away.

We have a spare room in our lovely self contained apartment on the Fife coastal walk. Broadband and all Bills included.

Our flat has two double bedrooms (one double bedroom to spare and one bedroom for us), a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with shower, bath and WC to share. Off street parking and wifi included.

A lovely apartment with stunning views all through the day. Overlook the city of edinburgh or the local pettycur beach. We are a literal stones throw from the beach.

It's a quiet, friendly, beach front property with access to a small shared garden.

You will be able to access our property from the main fife coastal path, a 10 minute walk to the train station with direct links to Edinburgh (40 minutes every half hour), Dundee and Aberdeen and a 10 minute walk to local bus services.
Please, no smoking in the property or garden area.

All bills and utilities included. Couples welcome.
