The property set in a secluded but highly accessible rural situation within central Fife. The property, lies 2 miles from ladybank and the A92, which provides easy commuting to Dundee, Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy. Edinburgh is approximately fifty minutes by car. Ladybank provides services for everyday needs whilst Cupar, Perth, Dundee and Glenrothes provide for a wider variety of services and amenities. Ladybank has a mainline railway station. Dundee, Perth and Glenrothes are all within half an hour's drive and provide an excellent range of shops and services.

About the cottage

The cottage is surrounded in grazing land, it is easily accessible but a peaceful rural location. The cottage is double glazed and has LPG central heating throughout. Council Tax, gas and electric is included in the rent, as is Sky Plus TV and Wifi broadband. However, landline phone is not included.

The room is fully furnished; the cottage has two reception rooms. The Kitchen has a washing machine and dishwasher; The bathroom is fully tied with WC, wash-hand basin, bath and electric shower.

You should be easy going, honest, clean and tidy and not be shy about sharing household tasks. If you smoke, you must smoke outside.
