Double room - St. Andrews 6 miles

Double room with countryside views available just outside the village of Largoward on the main bus route to St. Andrews. The bus takes approximately 15 minutes to get to the bus station. I am rarely at home so it will usually be just you and one other flatmate at home. I usually spend one weekend a month in Largoward.

My partner has a well behaved small cavalier spaniel dog that she might bring if she comes to Largoward with me.

The house has an open plan kitchen/ living room, a separate dining room, a utility room, 3 bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a large garden.

Wifi, water and fair usage of oil and electricity included in rent.
