Hi, I am a current tenant looking for one new flat mate for first semester. One room is a single with all furnishings and will be available for the whole year. The flat is completely furnished and very warm, I have been in it this year and I'm excited to stay on next year. The other two rooms are doubles, fully furnished.
It is less than a ten minute walk to the centre of St. Andrews. There are also plenty of parking spaces out the front of the flat.
Bills are approx £35 a month each this year, subject to change on review.
