Hi

I have three rooms available for the 2015-2016 academic year in a large shared house: the house is in Nelson Street (it's a four-person house, and I'm looking for some nice, preferably other postgraduate, people to rent with me!), all the usual facilities are available (wifi, tumble drier, small garden etc.) and the house is fully furnished. Anyone who is into a bit of cooking, walks etc. is encouraged to apply!

The rent is £500 per month per room, and bills are £35 a month (but the landlady says she'll pay back what we don't use). Lease is from September 1st till June 1st.
