One large, double room available in a lovely house in a great location, only 5mins walk to the town centre. The house is fully furnished, with a large sitting room, nice kitchen, bathroom (with electric shower over bath), downstairs WC and lovely garden with plenty of space for bikes. Includes GCH, broadband and washer/dryer.
The room is bright and airy with a double bed, ample storage space and a sink.
Current housemates are 3 PhD students, all very friendly and the house has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. Applicant should be a student, due to council tax.
The room is available 1st April-June 30th, but I can be flexible with dates.
