The flat is conveniently located, central St. Andrews being a 5 minute walk away and Aldi's supermarket a 10 minute walk away.
There are no restrictions on who can stay with me, however my ideal flatmate would be a working person or student.
There is car parking nearby and the East Sands beach and Leisure Centre are a short walk away. There is independent access for the tenant.
The bills are £110 per month, £60 for gas and electricity, £35 Council Tax (if you are not a student) and £15 towards the Wi-Fi.
I am an easy-going, likeable person with a down-to-earth attitude and I'm easy to live with.
My neighbours are friendly and sociable and we all enjoy the peace and quiet that the neighbourhood affords.
