I've got a double room for rent in my flat. My flat is in a lovely quiet village just outside of Kirkcaldy. Right by the beach so great for running etc!
The room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe and chair. The rent include all bills. I have broadband and sky tv also. The living room, kitchen and bathroom is all shared. I also have a little balcony off the living room.
