WASHING/EVENING MEALS CAN BE PROVIDED BY NEGOTIATION.

Access to all the other rooms in the property: utility/appliances, kitchen, dining room, large lounge, conservatory, use of a well equipped office, as well as a lovely garden.

We've got broadband throughout and there's no extra charge for internet usage.

YOU MAY HAVE ACCESS TO THE TELEPHONE AND CAN MAKE CALLS TO LANDLINES FOR UP TO 1 HOUR FREE OF CHARGE.

Approx. 1 driven mile to M5 motorway network. Very close to Staverton Airport, approx. 1. 5 miles. We are about 5 minutes walking distance from the park and ride located by the GCHQ roundabout and GCHQ itself is approximately a 10/15 minute walk. There's also a bus stop just up the road that offers services all over Cheltenham and to Gloucester.

Plenty of parking either on the road or driveway, which is gated and secure.

We are all friendly and like to have a laugh, so please only get in touch if you're happy to laugh and feel at home here - that's what we want.

We have two pets in the house, a small black cat and a Westie dog - both friendly and I have a horse (but he doesn't live here!).

We enjoy a whole variety of music, reading, movies and enjoy riding motorcycles and watching motorcycle racing; and of course, riding the horse.
