Existing Lodger and New lodger requirements:

Home owner:
I am Natasha, 37 and lived in Cheltenham since 2010 and originally from Hertfordshire. I have started a new job which requires more travelling so i have moved in with my boyfreind hence 1 of the double rooms is available. However, i will be working from the house on a friday 8.00am -5.30pm due to the poor internet service at my boyfreinds house and also means i can ensure everything is running ok at the house and can deal with any issues there may be if need be.

1 Existing male lodger Peter in his 40's, Project manager Aerocraft company. Very friendly, easy going and Tidy, after work he enjoys going to the gym or just chilling in front of the Tv and cooking but also sociable too as he loves watching films, and interested in local activities i. e. theatre, cinema, music, literature and science festivals and also trying new bars & restaurants.
Peter goes back home most weekends to North Wales but does occasionally stay in Cheltenham.

New Lodgers:
I am looking for a mon to fri lodger. New lodgers need to essentially get along with my current lodger and a new lodger who is TBC, which i can not see being difficult because Peter is so easy to get on with but also and most importantly people who house proud and who will tidy up after themselves as they go along and keep the house clean & tidy including their own laundry of bedding etc. If you are not a keen cleaner then you will need to come to an agreement between yourselves to get a cleaner in (or i can arrange with an additional fee), this is a fully furnished house so needs to be fully respected and kept in good order & condition.

Keen gardeners are also welcome but i will keep this on as as my main responsibility to keep maintained.

I am looking for mature people who will be considerate to the house and to the other 2 lodgers, this is not a house ideal for students or young professionals who like to go out and get back late at night and bring freinds back to the house all the time, this is to be seen as a somewhere that you can live in peace and not have to worry about other lodgers making a noise. Of course you can bring freinds back to the house but on the odd occasion and must be ok'd by other lodgers. All lodgers must feel comfortable and not feel their living space is invaded by strangers so it is important that applicants are looking for the same living environment and are considerate & respectful to others.

Both lodgers are required to provide the following before a key to the house is provided:
* 1 months paid notice to leave
* Deposit up front - this will be returned if no damages are incurred
* 1 months rent (for double room) & 1 weeks rent (for single room) up front
* References – 1 from current employer and 1 from last Landlord/Agency.
* All lodgers are to sign written lodger agreement
