I'm a 30 year old male professional working for an educational company in the centre of Cheltenham looking for an easy-going professional.

House is fully furnished and includes superfast fibre broadband, TV, bathroom with bath/shower upstairs, additional toilet downstairs, lounge, modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and private garden including shed. There is also off-road parking with plenty of free street parking available as well.

House is situated in a pleasant location convenient to shopping facilities and amenities. 5 minute drive from the town centre and walking distance from the train station (but not too close so that you can hear the trains!). Good access to M5 and Gloucester.

My ideal house mate would, like me, be easy to get along with, have a good sense of humour, be respectful and be fairly tidy. I can cook but often don't bother if it's just for myself so would be nice to have someone who's happy have a meal together every now and then, even if it happens to be in front the TV!
