Double room available in newly refurbished house

My current lodger is moving on to pastures new, so I'm looking for a fun, easy-going person to share my house. I previously rented in a shared house, and now I've got my first leg-up on the property ladder I'm looking for someone to share the bills and the house!

The room is a good size double, and there's shared use of the lounge, dining room, kitchen, huge bathroom, garden, and loft for storage. The room is part furnished with a bed, desk and a large wardrobe.

The house has gas central heating, open fireplaces, wooden floors, a dishwasher and washing machine, gas hob & electric fan oven, a shed for storage, and access to the garden round the back (handy if you've got a bike). There's also a little garden thing at the front.

The room is completely refurbished, along with the lounge and dining room, and the bathroom is recently renovated with bath and large separate shower. The kitchen is brand new too with acres of work surface and tons of storage. There are bits of the house I'm still working on, so there may be a bit of noise and disruption at the weekends. I'm expecting to have this finished soon though, so there's nothing major to worry about.

Bills are all-in, including council tax, TV licence, Sky (40Mb wireless broadband, all the TV, including Boxsets and Movies), gas, electricity, water and all the usual stuff. There's excellent 3G if you're on EE too, as I've had a signal box installed.

The house is 10 minutes' walk from town, and 5 minutes to Oakley Sainsbury's. There's a shop on the corner, and a couple of takeaways handy (too handy!). The street is leafy and quiet, and there's plenty of free parking on the street (no permits!).

I'm pretty flexible and easy going, and for the most part clean and tidy. I work 9-5 Monday to Friday, and I'm always up for a quick drink in the evening. I'm a keen cook, and I love to try new things in the kitchen. I'm not so good with portion control though, so there's always some food going spare!
