Double room - 3 minute walk from town centre

Double room shortly to be available within a clean well kept house in Cheltenham centre. Located in a quiet cul de sac which is a 3 minute walk to the town. The house is modern, well kept and clean. There is no parking and the rent includes all bills (including Virgin channels, NetFlix etc) the house is equipped with a dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. I am looking for an easy going considerable housemate to live with, I like to have fun and socialise but also have a demanding job so like to chill out in the evenings. I have a cat who is very easy to get along with! I enjoy cooking and sharing dishes with others, I do like to keep fit but when the suns out I am as lazy as pie!
