Double room available in professional, social flat
Hello!
Grace and I are looking for a new housemate since Hayley is moving onto pastures new (weep).
We are a very busy/social house, expect housemate dinners, cosy evenings chatting in the kitchen, occasional parties at the weekend and trips to the pub whenever we feel like it. Grace and I both work full time 9-5 and we are busy doing all sorts of things at the weekend.
The rent is £365 all inclusive + deposit which is paid to the leaving housemate (makes admin easier). The rent is paid into a joint account every month which we also pay our bills from.
The room which is available is the largest in the house and is fully furnish with 2 wardrobes, chest of draws, double bed, shelves and sink. The whole flat is a bit quirky, don't expect a new build, and has 2 bathrooms (with bath and shower), kitchen and huge living room with extra storage. We have a working television but we aren't huge telly watchers so spend most of our time in the kitchen talking.
There's a big old garden which we are free to use whenever we like, and we quite often have BBQs/parties in the summer.
The flatmate we are looking for is ideally a professional, social and doesn't mind a drink every so often :)
