The apartment will be vacant until May when the second lodger returns. This might suit a couple and if so would be £100 more. couples are considered for the double room .

A double bedroom with ensuite to rent in a modern, luxury ground floor apartment, close to the centre of Gloucester.
The room has a large double bed, large fitted wardrobe, chest of draws, pine chest, soft carpeted floor, chair. There is plenty of room for a computer and it already has a TV. There is a phone line available in the room, with separate access to internet. The shower room is en-suite. The main part of the house is shared with an easy going and professional 34yr old teacher. There is internet access and Sky TV (full package) in the main living area. There is also a music and sound system, attractive fish tank, various games consoles and a desk that can be used. The main living space is open plan with a large lounge. The kitchen is modern with fitted dishwasher and washer dryer. The kitchen also contains a microwave oven, coffee machine and large fridge freezer. There is free private parking outside and easy bus access to the centre of Gloucester. I have a cat called Scruff that also lives in the apartment and is very affectionate and much loved by all that meet her.
