2 Bed end terrace with gas central heating.

The house has a side gate to access the back garden.

Bills included: Water, gas, electric, wireless broadband, council tax, sky tv in living room.

Parking is on the street.

I have 2 turtles which are kept in a tank in the front room, no dogs / cats etc.
I do smoke but not in the house, this is restricted to the garden only.

Not included: Landline telephone calls, food.

I am a full time professional worker who likes things to be kept relatively tidy around the house.
