Newly refurbished double room with parking!

I am a 29 year old female looking for housemates (aged 22-36) to share my newly refurbished house. I am looking for housemates who are professional, respectful, social and friendly. I would like to have people who I can spend time with at home and outside at a restaurant, pub, outdoor sports, or other activities. I am an outgoing person but also like my own space, so would like to meet likeminded people. I would ideally like a housemate who enjoys a cocktail on a Friday night and movie nights in as well☺️

I work full time for the NHS and have weekends off. I have a friendly outdoor cat who lives with us.

Currently have one double upstairs bedroom going for £600 plus gas and electric bills split between everyone.
Around 6 minute drive to town from property, 5 minute walk to sainsburys, good parking outside house.

Room is furnished, tenants will share 2 full bathrooms between 3 people. One upstairs bathroom and one downstairs bathroom.

I have a large newly installed kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and a large American fridge freezer. There will be a dining room and living area space.
