Female young professional requires a professional or mature student, non-smoker, to rent a room in a nearly new 3-bed, 3-storey townhouse in Kingsway, near Quedgeley.

The room is light and airy with a large fitted wardrobe, 2 bedside tables and a large drawer unit. A TV point is fitted and the room is neutrally decorated and modern. The room is next to the main bathroom of which you would have sole use of (as good as en-suite).

Shared use of the kitchen and parking is available just down the road. No access to the lounge. Wireless broadband is provided as is full use of everything in the kitchen. There is a garden too for when the weather is nice and a washing line.

The house is within walking distance of Tesco Extra and other shops (Matalan & Next) and is 2 miles from J12 of the M5 and just round the corner from the Park&Ride into the City Centre. There is also a bus stop very close by.

Cleanliness and tidiness is essential, it is my home ! This does mean it is very well looked after and the same is expected. No shoes on the carpet, no parties and washing up must be kept up together. An occasional run round with the hoover is preferable too :-)

All bills included, free broadband - £300pcm if week only, £400 if fulltime.
References required.
£300 deposit.
Couples considered but rent for room would be £450.
