My spare room has become available. It's fully furnished (bills included) and part of a new 2 bed house in Stoke Orchard, Cheltenham. There is parking for 2 cars, a big garden which gets plenty of sun, wifi, Sky tv etc.
Great location, companies like Captia, Zurich and GE are a 5 minute drive away. Cheltenham town centre is a 10 minute drive plus Tewkesbury and M5 north are easily reached.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, draws etc. There is a shared bathroom but also a downstairs toilet.
You would be sharing the house with me, I'm a 33 yr old professional, I work mon-fri and in the evenings I tend to have something on. I consider myself easy to get on with and am I am very domesticated for a guy, I like to keep a clean and tidy house.
Mon-Fri let is an option just ask
