Double room in quiet relaxed sunny house

Available from 12th November 2016 on Mon-Fri basis although happy for the odd weekend from time to time. Happy to rent weekly or monthly. Can supply clean bedding and towels every week if required.

Looking for a nice person to share my home with. I have a double room to let in a Victorian house with sunny secluded garden. Plenty of off road parking available.

The bedroom has a double bed, new pine triple wardrobe, pine chest of drawers and tv point. On quiet road with very little passing traffic. It is newly decorated.

Large sunny kitchen. Spacious newly decorated bathroom with separate shower. Good sized comfortable lounge/dining area with log burner and TV. Also an attic room with double bed which I am quite happy to offer foc if you have friends/family who want to stay the odd night or so.

There is a large shed in the garden and garage if you need room for storage and plenty of freezer space.

I am a very easy-going person, working full time in the Charity sector. Currently have my adult son living with me but he will be moving into his own place shortly. Also a dopey Labrador......not moving into his own place shortly!

Informal and friendly household - more early birds than night owls.
