Lovely room in Stroud

My partner and I have one lovely room left to rent from 1st November.

We are both quiet, hard working professionals. We enjoy having a quiet household and going out to socialise.

We are looking for a single, working person to share the house with. We would be happy to share cooking and meals together and sociable times together, if you would like that. We would also respect your privacy and need for your own space.

We would prefer people with the same working hours as us (8-5).

It is a 4 bedroom detached house in Stroud. We are a 5 min walk from the town centre. We have a shared bathroom, two living areas, one for sole use of lodgers, a big kitchen, separate dining area, drying room, toilet and a large garden with amazing views. There are terraces for you to enjoy the outside space.

The double room 3.2m x 2.8m will be £400pcmall bills are included. A cleaner will be at the house once a week to clean communal areas and a gardener will also visit when needed. Broadband is also included.

Both rooms will be available from November 1st.

The rooms come furnished. It is a non smoking house.
