This monthly price includes all bills and superfast WiFi. Nothing else to pay on top. The house is also regularly cleaned by a professional cleaning company.

- Ample off-road-parking on the house's driveway,
- A secure shed for bikes,
- A large kitchen with all modern conveniences (washing machine, tumble-dryer, fridge freezer, microwave etc)
- Plenty of cupboard and storage space,
- A good sized TV lounge,
- A nice back garden which is a lovely sun-trap - great for barbecues.

Ideally, we are looking for a professional who is sociable and clean & tidy.

On a main bus route right outside the house and set in a very nice area of Cheltenham. It is walkable into town (20 minutes),
