The room benefits from broadband access and has its own television with Sky Movie channels package. The room is slightly separate from the rest of the house and has its own separate staircase, affording it additional privacy. Kitchen/dining room are shared. All mod-cons are provided: microwave, food processor, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer... Parking is available either on the drive or a nearby car park. The house has a large, south facing garden with patio area.

The house currently has two live-in occupants in their twenties who both work and have a keen interest in cooking and sky-diving.
